Esta norma contiene requisitos para la protecci\u00f3n de los trabajadores agr\u00edcolas en granjas, bosques, viveros e invernaderos, y los manipuladores de pesticidas agr\u00edcolas. Contiene requisitos de capacitaci\u00f3n, descontaminaci\u00f3n, notificaci\u00f3n y asistencia de emergencia. De lo contrario, estar\u00e1 violando la ley federal, ya que es ilegal usar un producto pesticida de manera inconsistente con su etiquetado.<\/p>\n<p>Algunos requisitos de protecci\u00f3n para <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pesticideresources.org\/es\/wps\/definitions\/worker\/\">trabajadores<\/a> y <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pesticideresources.org\/es\/wps\/definitions\/handler\/\">manipuladores<\/a> (equipo de protecci\u00f3n personal, intervalos de entrada restringida, etc.) est\u00e1n claramente identificados en la etiqueta del pesticida.
