Los empleadores de manipuladores de pesticidas comerciales se conocen com\u00fanmente como: empleadores de aplicadores personalizados, empleadores de aplicadores por contrato u operadores comerciales de pesticidas.<\/p>\n

CFR \u00a7170.305:<\/a> Un manipulador de pesticidas comerciales empleador<\/strong> se define como cualquier persona, distinta de una empleador agr\u00edcola<\/a>, que emplea cualquier manipulador<\/a> realizar actividades de manejo en un establecimiento agricola<\/a>. A contratista de mano de obra<\/a> que no proporciona servicios de aplicaci\u00f3n de pesticidas ni supervisa el desempe\u00f1o de las actividades de manipulaci\u00f3n, sino que simplemente emplea trabajadores que realizan actividades del manejador<\/a> bajo la direcci\u00f3n de un empleador agr\u00edcola o de manipulaci\u00f3n de pesticidas, no es un empleador de manipulaci\u00f3n de pesticidas comerciales.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
